На 1 февруари, почина почетният гражданин на Балчик Янислав Тачев. Тачев е многократен шампион по културизъм с над 120 състезания зад гърба.
Той е доктор на историческите науки, автор на над 10 книги, предаде Про нюз Добрич.
Тачев е роден на 1.05.1966 година в град Балчик, където и завършва гимназия.
В училище тренира лека атлетика и морски спортен многобой, като в многобоя става Републикански шампион за 1980 година едва на 14 години.
С културизъм Янислав Тачев започва да се занимава през 1982 година, когато е 16-годишен.
Само след няколко месеца усилени тренировки участва на първото състезание по културизъм, организирано в България Гранд При „БОНСИСТ“, където печели 3-ото място при мъжете, тъй като по това време все още не е въведена категория Младежи. Янислав Тачев е първият българин балкански, европейски и световен шампион в този спорт.
Един от последните спортни върхове, които покори беше в италианския град Матера. Там, българският културист защити титлата си на Световното първенство за ветерани в категория над 40 години.
Янислав Тачев, който е неколкократен световен и европейски шампион и председател на българската федерация по бодибилдинг и фитнес, застана за пореден път на световния връх в своя спорт,
Дълги години със съдействието на Община Балчик провежда турнир Dianispopolis за културизъм.
Преди няколко години д.и.н. Тачев бе уредник на Средновековния архитектурен комплекс теккето „Акязълъ баба“ в с. Оброчище.
Автор е на 10 книги с историческа тематика. Д- Тачев защитава докторската си степен на тема “Монетосеченето на Анхиалос“,
